A wave of school blockades by French high school students, along with protests by university students and workers inspired by them, is shaking France. Where do the dismal educational and social conditions in France that they are protesting against stem from? What possibilities does their struggle show in standing up to inequality, cost of living crisis and the advancing far right?
We will hear from a French activist at the heart of the upheaval and discuss the background, international significance, and prospects of the struggle in France.
